“After studying for a BTEC in Childhood Studies and gaining a Diploma of Vocational Education, City and Guilds, I have spent the last twenty five years working in wide area of care with children and adults with learning and behavioural difficulties. I co-founded Arts Able in 2011 which is an independent group for adults with special needs providing art workshops and music therapy. I have also worked at Lynwood School for ten years and Bournemouth Council Family Centre which required group therapy work and one to one. I have joined Universal Mindfulness because I am passionate about helping children develop strong mental health. I am married with two beautiful boys and my lovely dog.”
Natalie Goth, Group Facilitator
“Following completion of my Psychology degree, I have worked in the mental health sector with a range of different client groups. Having worked individually and with groups of people, delivering a range of interventions, I developed a real understanding of how our emotional intelligence can impact on how we work through life difficulties, and am keen to empower people to gain skills to help them navigate through life. Having used mindfulness personally and professionally, I love delivering the ‘Marvellous Mindful Me’ program in Hampshire schools helping children gain the tools that will help them for years to come.”
Sian Francis, Group Facilitator
“After graduating from university, I had a career with a FTSE 100 company and worked in HR, marketing, sales and product launch. Since becoming a mother, I have worked as a health visitor’s assistant for a number of years. Last year, I qualified as an Accredited and Certified Mindfulness Teacher. I have personally benefited greatly from mindfulness. I am very excited to be working with Universal Mindfulness and I am passionate about helping children and adults improve their mental health, wellbeing and happiness.”
