What the Parents Say:-
“My daughter has just completed 4 confidence camps in the summer break. Sarah and Mary were wonderful in getting her to express her feelings and work on her confidence. The camps were fun but also taught her many coping techniques. I would not hesitate in recommending these camps to any of my friends”.
“The girls came home full of everything they had learnt at the ‘Creative Me’ camps. They have even taught me a few things. Macy loved the meditation and now chooses to do this exercise at least twice a week, while also keeping her confidence stone under her pillow. Jazmin definitely seems to deal with situations in a more controlled and thoughtful way.”
“They will definitely be attending any future workshops. I feel any child would benefit from this.”
“As a dance teacher for nearly 20 years, I would highly recommend that children go to these ‘Confidence Camps.’ Every child deserves to have such a wonderful experience. My son learnt so much about himself and others, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.”
“Both my son and his friend have been to various holiday camps as I am a working mother, but they are both shy and resist new experiences. However, with your camp, they came out asking to go again and I could see that they’d had a wonderful day with you.”
“My girls thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Creative Me’, confidence camp and wanted to know why the day wasn’t longer”
“Confidence camps should be introduced into the school curriculum as positive and confident attitudes enable children to reach their full potential. My children will certainly be back.”
“I can’t recommend the mindful parenting workshop enough.
I enjoyed every minute, it was delivered so professionally, but also at the same time was easy to understand. The interaction within the group was so good as it’s about personal experiences and learning different techniques.
Mary & Sarah are such knowledgable people and work so well together.
Anyone that has run out of ideas on how to approach situations and is generally worn out, please book onto this, you won’t be disappointed“

What the Teachers Say:-
“I have worked with children for 15 years. I thought the days were excellent. There were structured activities but with the freedom to be creative. Children were encouraged to work in teams and also treated as individuals. There was a very nurturing and positive atmosphere with lots of laughter. I noticed two children in particular, learning to value who they were, and becoming more outgoing throughout the day. The behaviour of all in the group was impeccable. They had chosen, as a team, what would be acceptable behaviour for the day and were happily behaving within those boundaries. In my opinion, all children could benefit from these workshops”.
“Our children who have attended the after-school Universal Mindfulness sessions have thrived. At school, we have noticed their self-confidence grow and their positive mental attitude has benefitted friendships as well as learning. I would highly recommend all children to attend these sessions. They are taught valuable life skills to help them manage change and cope with difficult situations through creative, fun and engaging activities.” Deputy Headteacher
What the Teenagers Say:-
“The brain gym exercises were cool and I’m sure helped me with my spellings afterwards. I am also putting my goals and dreams on the tree – I feel like I am really important now.” (aged 13)
